The Story

Tiger Wood Fire Pizza is a craft pizza company with two branches in Co Dublin, respectively in Rathmines and Deansgrange.

What makes them different from their competitors is the “traditionally made levain sourdough, their secret tomato sauce topped with the best ingredients they  can find all skillfully finished in their Neapolitan Wood Fire Oven.”

The Challenge

Tiger WFP through its founder Tadhg Leonard has been working with Increasily since December 2019.

On their website they offer pizza collection and delivery powered by Flipdish.

Since the beginning, Increasily has been able to significantly increased online transactions through Google Ads (and engagement and followers on social media), especially during the lockdown.

However, two challenges were flagged ahead of the reopening of society in Ireland:

  • The end of the lockdown, which could potentially mean significantly less orders
  • New pizza outlets opening up in nearby areas

The Solution

Like in most of the projects we work on, especially those inherited from a previous agency, the context is more important than what the numbers and KPIs show.

In this case, this is what we created:

  • Prospecting Display Campaign
  • Prospecting Search Campaign
  • Brand Campaign
  • Promotion App (inherited)

We also looked at overall website elements such as:

  • Tracking
  • User experience
  • Main navigation

This approach generated a +60% increase in the number of conversions and a +44% increase in revenue in June 2021 compared with the previous period.
