The third and finally company announcement for the day is the promotion of Ranielle to Senior Web Design Strategist.
The promotion has been effective since June but I have never written about it until now.
Ranielle has been the very first hire for the company. He shares with me the same vision, culture and hard-working approach for each and every project.
Ranielle joined the company in June 2019 as an intern first and then confirmed as a permanent member of the team.
Together with Victor, of whom I write in another post, he has been the backbone of Increasily and without their contribution Increasily would not be where it is now.
The number of improvements brought by Ranielle are countless:
- He brought our social media and web design to a whole new level
- He worked relentlessly with me to meet deadlines and deliver projects
- He translated the website in Portuguese (ongoing)
Personally, I have had the chance to appreciate Ranielle as a professional and most importantly as a person.
He and Victor have been two amazing individuals, always pleasant to work with and always ready to laugh and tell jokes or talk about football.
As a Senior Web Strategist, Ranielle will supervise and strategise on both web design and social media projects.
