A sitemap is a list of all the pages on your website. There are two types of sitemap: HTML and .XML the latter being the most important for search engines.
A sitemap is important for search engines like Google because it helps them better index your website.
It does so by listing all the pages within your domain, even those that are not linked to any other page.
Your sitemap is located in the root folder of your primary domain. It can be accessed by typing yourwebsite.com/sitemap.xml (replace ‘yourdomain.com’ with your domain).
